Proses Produksi
- Raw material selection from coconut shell charcoal.

Payment Term & Condition
- Payment by TT / bank transfer to company account.
- Common structure: 50% down payment to start production, 50% before stuffing or against copy B/L.
- FOB, CNF, CIF, or EXW can be discussed based on destination port.

Batch Sampling & Testing
Representative samples are taken from each production lot and checked for moisture, ash, volatile matter, fixed carbon, calorific value, burn time, odor, smoke, ash color, and crack resistance.
COA & Lab Report
A Certificate of Analysis or laboratory report can be prepared with batch number, product grade, testing method, specification limits, actual results, and conformity status.
Pre-Shipment Release
Only approved batches proceed to final packing and loading after finished-product inspection, carton quantity confirmation, shipment weight check, and container condition review.
Export Documentation
Common support includes Commercial Invoice, Packing List, PEB, COO, Bill of Lading, COA, Product Specification Sheet, SDS, Self-Heating Test Report, and stuffing documentation when required.
